Your first dance: wedding dance choreography
The first dance is one of the most awaited moments of a wedding. We help you prepare it with a tailor-made choreography, built around you and your music: elegant, moving and within your reach, even if you have never danced. We are a tango school in Milan, but you don’t need any tango experience for your first dance.

Tailored to you
We start from how you move together, your personalities and what you want to share with your guests: romantic, playful, spectacular. The choreography comes from you, not from a one-size-fits-all routine.
Even from scratch
You don’t need to know how to dance, or to have ever studied tango. We start from the simplest steps and build a dance that makes you feel at ease in front of everyone, without the fear of getting it wrong.
Your music
A tango, a romantic vals, or a “no tango” or tango nuevo piece: any music you can dance with tango steps works. We choose the song together and adapt it to the right length for the party.
A couple’s experience
In the busy months of wedding planning, the lessons become your own time: an hour to be together, laugh and arrive at the big day closer than ever.
How it works
- Write to us at dancing@tangotouch.it: tell us about yourselves, your wedding date and, if you already have it, your first dance song.
- We’ll get in touch to talk it over and understand what kind of dance you want.
- We build the choreography in private couple lessons at our venues, on days and times we agree together. You usually need at least 4 lessons, but it depends on you and your experience: we’ll work it out together.
- The big day: it’s your turn, and you’ll enjoy it.

Frequently asked questions
We have never danced: can we do it? Yes. You don’t need any tango experience: the choreography is built on your abilities, starting from zero.
How many lessons do we need? Usually at least 4, but it depends on you: if you have danced before it goes faster, if you start from zero you’ll need a few more. It’s best to start a little in advance, so the lessons stay a pleasure and not one more thing to worry about.
Can we practise in our wedding shoes and dress? Yes, and it’s a good idea to do it in the last lessons: a long dress or new shoes change the way you move.
